Floating gardens on the Tideway below Tower Bridge, home to a residential community of more than a hundred barge dwellers. Open House on Sunday 10th October from 14.00 - 18.00.

History of the moorings

Garden Barge Square at Tower Bridge Moorings are historic barge moorings dating from the first half of the nineteenth century or perhaps earlier which from the 1980s onwards have been adapted to new uses, to create a unique floating community.
