Discover The Green Quarter

The Green Quarter is one of West London’s most exciting canalside destinations. At 88 acres, it is one of London’s biggest regeneration projects. This former gasworks is being transformed into a vibrant new destination with 42-acres of open space, biodiverse parks, wetlands and waterways.

With nature at its heart, the development will comprise 13 acres of parkland, podium gardens and over 1km of canal frontage – a rarity in London.

The Green Quarter is also home to Parkside Yard, the new creativity and community hub, providing opportunities to meet, eat, drink, work, shop and play, surrounded by nature. Explore everything it has to offer including a cafe, pizzeria, lifestyle store, ceramics studio, outdoor piazza, as well as an on-site tree nursery with over 600 air-potted trees complete with nature trail and giant jumping pillow!

With health and wellbeing at the heart of The Green Quarter, you can also discover many activities and amenities to promote healthy exercise including Parkside Padel Club - a new padel venue offering three new padel courts available for all to enjoy. As well as an on-site Canoe Club along Grand Union Canal, outdoor fitness equipment and a residents bike-sharing scheme to help residents explore the local area.

You'll also get an insight into Southall's rich history and discover Southall's Water Tower, fondly also known as Southall Castle, learning about it's history and current use.
