Our ambition is for Tottenham Hale to be a place to live well, engage in good work and access a range of leisure facilities, set within an active green neighbourhood where health and wellbeing are prioritised.
Now, 10 years since our vision for Tottenham Hale was drafted, many large-scale projects have completed or are in the final stages of delivery, including nearly 700 high-quality council homes, a new multi-purpose health centre and a range of shops and workspaces situated around an enhanced transport interchange.
Down Lane Park is being regenerated, through co-design, with improved green spaces, enhanced sports and play areas, and a new Community Hub. The Paddocks nature reserve is linked by two new bridges to Hale Wharf and Hale Village.
Our Walking Tour will explore our new council homes at Wingspan Walk, Walter Tull House, and Hale Wharf, the regeneration of Down Lane Park, and the the wider regeneration of Tottenham Hale.
