Discover how thoughtful design and community-focused development come together at Red Clover Gardens, a standout housing and landscape project completed in 2023 for Croydon Council. This Open City event offers the rare opportunity to explore one of Brick by Brick’s most ambitious residential schemes, with guided tours led by the architects and project team.
Set within newly created parkland, Red Clover Gardens comprises five intricately designed pavilion buildings ranging from 5 to 7 storeys. These buildings provide 157 high-quality homes, both market and social rented, nestled in a richly planted, fully accessible landscape. Visitors will learn how the site’s distinctive topography, including an 8m level change and its adjacency to the historic Surrey Iron Railway Scheduled Monument, directly informed the architectural and landscape design strategy.
This event is ideal for architecture and landscape enthusiasts, housing professionals, and local residents interested in how progressive housing can be achieved through design excellence and sensitive site integration.
