This is an opportunity to gain exclusive access to a monumental building currently under construction, whilst enjoying the resourceful and captivating performance of Niamh Hannaford.
One North Quay is set to be London's most powerfully connected campus.
Purpose built for innovation, the building is set amongst a connected community of ambitious businesses and talent. Situated on North Quay, next to iconic buildings such as Billingsgate Market and the Crossrail Station, the building enjoys a unique connection to the surrounding docks, Canary Wharf, and the wider city.
One North Quay is the first building on the North Quay plot and is a joint venture between Canary Wharf Contractors and Kadans. It will become the largest purpose built science and innovation centre in Europe. The space will be a mix of offices, laboratories and public areas. The building is 24 storeys tall (130m) and is partly built over the dock. Works commenced in 2022 and the building is due to complete early 2028.
CWG are presenting the opportunity to enter the construction site of One North Quay, offering a behind the scenes glimpse of what goes in to building a 570,000 sq ft skyscraper, as well as an unlikely setting for an art installation and performance piece.
