About

About the Golden Key Academy

The Golden Key Academy is a tour guide training course created by Open City, the charity behind the Open House Festival, dedicated to making London and its architecture more open, accessible and equitable. Walking Stories: Haringey celebrates the eight community-led walking tours developed through the programme.

About Birch Arts CIC

The exhibition is hosted by Birch Arts CIC, a not-for-profit community arts and creative research organisation with a gallery based in Blue House Yard, Wood Green. BIRCH stands for Bringing Ideas, Research, Creativity and Health. The gallery supports artists, makers and creative researchers to develop and exhibit their work through exhibitions, residencies and community projects.

Haringey Culture Collective

This exhibition was in collaboration with Haringey Culture Collective and made possible by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Haringey’s London Borough of Culture programme is building towards 2027 with a borough-wide vision: culture that’s created with communities, shared across neighbourhoods, and felt in everyday life. This work is funded by the Mayor of London and is a collaboration between Haringey Council and the Haringey Culture Collective - bringing together residents, artists, community groups and local organisations to shape what happens, where it happens, and who it’s for.
