Open Studios is an annual event, where Art Hub Studios welcomes the public to visit the studios of over 100 creative practitioners and businesses.

About

History

A brief look at the history of the Industrial Estate and where the studios are located, which is on the site of the historic Siemens Brothers works, an early multinational telecommunications company.

Present

We look at two buildings on the Industrial Estate and their current use by Art Hub Studios to provide artist studio space to 170+ artists.

Future Development

A look at the area today and its position within the Thames Barrier & Bowater Road Conservation Area. The listing of certain buildings by English Heritage and Royal Greenwich and the future development of the site
