The residents of St. Stephen's Road Hounslow Conservation Area open private gardens in celebration of our trees. St. Stephen's Road is defined by the century-old lime trees . Yet, all of the trees within the conservation area are protected, not just those along the road. Join us to tour private residential gardens, celebrating the rich history and biodiversity of our conservation area.

Conservation and Biodiversity

St. Stephen's Road is a case study in the interdependence of historical and ecological conservation. Visitors will gain glimpses into private gardens within our area, glimpsing behind the intact Victorian hedgerows. Residents will share their experiences in caring for their natural spaces, showcasing the rich variety of plants and wildlife that are a part of the experience of living within the St. Stephen's Road Conservation Area.
