Built in 1817 and located at the terminus of York Gate, Regent’s Park, St Marylebone Parish Church is one of the most significant landmarks of Marylebone. Our parish church has shaped and has been shaped by the community of Marylebone, even giving the village its name and providing continual spiritual and pastoral care for the community for over 900 years.

The Royal Academy of Music’s Susie Sainsbury Theatre and Angela Burgess Recital Hall project created two distinct, outstanding performance spaces for Britain’s oldest conservatoire. Designed by Ritchie Studio, the project was the winner of over 20 national and international awards including the RIBA London Building of the Year.

Hinde Street Methodist Church was constructed in 1887 with a grand pillared portico, spire and classical interior which remains largely unaltered. The entrance foyer was remodelled in 2014 to give the church a more welcoming appearance.

This Georgian townhouse built by Robert and James Adam in the years 1776-1780 is a fine example of the Adam style of Neoclassical interior design. It houses a collection of European artworks. It has been the seat of the Polish Embassy in London since 1921. Guests are welcome to join in a guided tour and a talk by architectural historian, Colin Thom, director of the Survey of London volume series.
