The Parcels Building is a flagship mixed-use building in the Oxford Street neighbourhood commissioned by Duke Street Property. Grafton Architects led the renovation of the original 1950s building preserving the fabric and reinventing it with an elegant new Portland Whitbed limestone skin. The fit out by Piercy & Co combines collaborative and focused spaces and roof terrace for Fora workspace.

Tour of The Parcels Building

The Parcels Building is a flagship mixed-use building in the Oxford Street neighbourhood commissioned by Duke Street Property. Grafton Architects led the renovation of the original 1950s building preserving the fabric and reinventing it with an elegant new Portland Whitbed limestone skin. The fit out by Piercy & Co combines collaborative and focused spaces, and double height workspace for Fora workspace and a roof terrace commanding views across central London.

Your tour guides

Nicola Hawkins is a qualified architect ARB RIBA with over 30 years’ experience, having delivered complex mixed-use landmark development projects in central London for over 10 years. As Development and Design Director for Duke Street Property, her specialism is strategic long-term value creation through planning, design, procurement and construction of projects, such as the Parcels Building, working with Grafton Architects, Fora and Piercy & Co on this award-winning scheme from inception to completion. Previously, as Group Head of Design at Selfridges, she delivered all three phases of the major Duke St masterplan redevelopment with David Chipperfield Architects. Strategic planning, stakeholder communication and collaboration are key attributes and skills Nicola has honed over the years. She is passionate about placemaking, customer experience and high quality design with a sustainable approach. She is a member of the Circle Partnership, mentoring future female leaders in property and construction.
