The University of Westminster was one of the first polytechnics in the UK – established in 1838, to educate the working people of London, regardless of background and financial status. Housed in the building is the Regent Street Cinema, widely regarded as the ‘birthplace of British cinema’, with the first public premiere of film in the UK by the Lumière Brothers using the Cinématographe in 1896.

First ever purpose-built broadcast centre in UK, and a jewel of Art Deco design with original artworks by sculptor Eric Gill. Remodelled and extended in 2006/2013 by architects MacCormac Jamieson and Prichard/Sheppard Robson.

All Souls Church was consecrated on 25 November 1824. It was part of John Nash's development of Regents Street, & benefitted from the newly set up Church Building Commission in 1818. In the mid 1970's All Souls went through a major refurbishment in order to provide a hall under the main church. It has always attracted large congregations & its focus has always been to teach the Christian faith.

From 1972 to 1990, the Soho Poly was one of London’s leading alternative theatre venues - dedicated to widening access to the arts and frequently giving voice to underrepresented playwrights, actors and directors.

Grade II* listed building with neoclassical portico. Highly decorated meeting rooms throughout the building with ceiling and wall mouldings, and artwork featuring Venus the Goddess of Love and the Greek Muses.

Architect led tour of the new Soho Photography Quarter and The Photographers’ Gallery's refurbished ground floor, which has been redesigned to connect to this new public space that features a 45m ‘Artfrieze’ at the core of a curated public art programme. The event will feature an introduction to Sian Davey’s 'The Garden' by curator Eva Eicker.

Loughborough Pearson's red brick building is unimposing from the outside, but inside is a riot of Gothic Revival design. Golden mosaics reveal the character of the Grade II* listed chapel, built as part of the Middlesex Hospital.

Hinde Street Methodist Church was constructed in 1887 with a grand pillared portico, spire and classical interior which remains largely unaltered. The entrance foyer was remodelled in 2014 to give the church a more welcoming appearance.

This Georgian townhouse built by Robert and James Adam in the years 1776-1780 is a fine example of the Adam style of Neoclassical interior design. It houses a collection of European artworks. It has been the seat of the Polish Embassy in London since 1921. Guests are welcome to join in a guided tour and a talk by architectural historian, Colin Thom, director of the Survey of London volume series.
