The Smallest Gallery in Soho is a historic shop-front which faces onto 62 Dean Street, in the heart of Soho. The aim of this creative space is to display artwork that captures people’s attention on their journey through Soho and encourage them to stop, think and be inspired. The art displays are only to be viewed from the street and can be seen at any time of the day for free.

The club has been supporting working people of Chinese Heritage since 1962 and providing space for cultural activities. Come and learn about our history. Hear music on traditional Chinese instruments and learn about Chinese chess, all over a warming cup of tea.

The area post 1700 became very cosmopolitan with immigrants mainly from Europe, and their influence on food and drink became increasingly important. This tour is based on food and drink, passing by restaurants, pubs, coffee bars, pâtisseries and delis that have been present for decades, finishing at a relatively new site.

Buildings are often said to be sympathetic or out of place, in keeping or a departure from their surroundings. This tour will explore how the built environment reflects the relationships we conduct with each other.

The West End Open House Neighbourhood Festival kicks off with a celebratory musical and dance performance in Soho Square Gardens, reflecting the festival theme of "Maybe It's Because I'm a Londoner!", celebrating the many communities that have come to live and work in the West End and and made London their home.

The building has had many incarnations since its construction in the 1890s as a woolen warehouse. It became a home to the Italian Benevolent Society, then a fascist club, a serviceman's club, and now a library with the largest publicly accessible collection of Chinese language books in the UK. Michael Rachlis, 1891

Three centuries of Quakers in Westminster. Opened in 1883, with front doors added in the 1920s. It was bomb-damaged in 1941 and rebuilt in 1956. Grade II listed registered place of worship, it contains a peaceful meeting room and 1950s wood panelling and fittings.
