Loughborough Pearson's red brick building is unimposing from the outside, but inside is a riot of Gothic Revival design. Golden mosaics reveal the character of the Grade II* listed chapel, built as part of the Middlesex Hospital.

The landmarked 1950s building has been transformed by Philippe Starck into a surreal Cocteau like dream world, epitomising a new luxury that is smart, pared down and tempered with a healthy dose of wit and irony. With rooms designed by designer Tim Andreas of Banjo, the rooms maintain their sense of whimsy while offering state of the art details and luxurious touches at every turn.

Architecture studio Klaud leads a tour of the Soho Photography Quarter and The Photographers’ Gallery’s refurbished ground floor, redesigned to connect with this new public space, which features a 45m ‘Artfrieze’ at the heart of a curated public art programme. They are joined by Clare Grafik, Head of Exhibitions at The Photographers’ Gallery, who will present this year’s public space commission.

Georgian townhouse designed by the Adam Brothers in 1777-1778 and a fine example of Neoclassical interior design. It houses a collection of European artworks and includes a unique Edwardian Anglo-Japanese drawing room. Individual pre-booking is essential, a photo ID will be required upon entry. Airport-style security checks will also be in place, so please do not bring any heavy luggage.

The Royal Society of Musicians is a charity founded in 1738 with the express purpose to support music professionals. As such it is the oldest music-related charity in Great Britain. The Society has a rich archive, including an extensive collection of fine portraits, that are on display in its ground-floor meeting room in Fitzroy Square.

Hinde Street Methodist Church is a gorgeous, Grade II-listed Victorian church in the heart of historic Marylebone. The Church was constructed in 1887 with a grand pillared portico, spire and classical interior which remains largely unaltered. The entrance foyer was remodelled in 2014 to give the church a more open appearance, better reflecting the welcoming nature of its congregation.
