This walking tour explores the stories and development of different ways of travelling through Greenwich Old Town across time. For its distinctive physical, social and historical character, Greenwich offers surprisingly a rich landscape of journey-making. The tour follows routes by river, rail, road and time.

Stories of Belonging – It Takes Courage, is a short film by Halyna Skvortsova, which explores how different waves of migration have shaped Lewisham, featuring voices from the Windrush Generation and Vietnamese, African, Eastern European, Afghan, and Ukrainian communities. The screening takes place in the new SHAPES Lewisham community space, for creatives to meet, work, learn and collaborate.

We are an arts and mental health charity with a 30 year legacy in Lewisham, reframing mental health through creativity and community. We will be opening our studios and community garden in Deptford to the public and offering a free creative workshop.
