Conceived and facilitated by Muhammad Achour, Founding Director of Places of ARcture, the workshop invites participants to explore how people of all ages can help shape more welcoming, playful, and inclusive public spaces.

Set between NLA's two scale models of London, the workshop invites you to imagine yourself as a planner, inspiring you to rethink and reimagine the spaces between buildings.
Workshop facilitator: Muhammad Achour is a designer, community engagement facilitator, and Founding Director of Places of ARcture. Originally from Aleppo, Syria, where he studied architecture, Muhammad later completed a Master’s in Sustainability at University College Dublin (UCD). His practice explores the relationship between art, architecture, play, and participation, creating opportunities for people of all ages to share ideas and reimagine the spaces around them.
